Jeremy Routledge
founder & creative director
Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in TV. After his early career as an editor and docs director for BBC and ITV, he set up Calling the Shots in Bristol in 2000.
At CTS, he has produced series for BBC3 (New Filmmakers Award), ITV (Severn Stories), BBC4 (Bollywood Shorts), BBC Arts (New Creatives, Animated Thinking and Words First Animations) and Channel 4 (Random Acts).
Jeremy has a long track-record in championing voices from a wide range of backgrounds, in partnership with national organisations like Arts Council England and the British Film Institute. He has a PG Dip in Script Development from the NFTS.

Daniel Sved
PRODUCER
Daniel Sved has produced Rob Copland’s Playground for Channel 4 and the award-winning limited series Words First for BBC Two. He has also produced the feature film Pieces of Heaven as well as Spare Part with BAFTA nominees Bron Waugh and Ada Player.
Before joining CTS he produced The Massive F***ing Bender (Laura Marcus) which won best writing at BFI Future Film Festival. He also created and led the award-winning Indoors Project, kickstarting the careers of comedy talent coming out of Bristol University.
