Working for us
We have a talented team of dedicated professionals who work for us because they appreciate our slightly different approach and audience. We are always on the look out for like minded film freelancers and arts facilitators. Occasionally we even have short contracts or permanent positions available.

The team made the whole process from planning to filming and edit fun and engaging for everyone involved. Their creativity and professionalism meant that we were confident from the outset that they would produce a film that got to the heart of our campaign.
The team are friendly, professional and creative. They supported our project team to the hilt, working to a really tight deadline and producing a superb film. Natalie Hewlett, Bristol City Council Bristol Girls Can team
I have been working in video production for over 15 years. I’ve produced, written, directed and edited countless videos for the corporate, community and charity sectors. From big budget dramas for the likes of BT, RoSPA, The London Fire Brigade and The Metropolitan Police to small scale promos for local charities and community groups in London and here in Bristol.
I love working for Calling The Shots because there’s always a new challenge round the corner – filming, editing and running workshops – with the and the subject matter constantly changing.Nick Sutton, Freelance Editor
