Channel 4’s new industry talent brand, 4Talent, wanted a series of engagement days for young people aged 16-25.  The days needed to include aspects of Channel 4’s work experience and internship offerings as well as hands-on experience in creative media

CTS have so far produced 7 of these days, each catering for up to 200 young people.  For each day we choose an iconic local building and an aspirant local partner with real connections with young people.  We design the days to connect young people to local creative businesses, cram them with up to the minute skills and prime them with the latest insider knowledge and tips for getting on in the media industry.

The team from Calling the Shots are an absolute dream to work with. The event was hugely successful thanks to Jeremy and his team.
