Market research and marketing company Experience Insight have worked with the Honda UK Dealer network over the last ten years, supporting dealers to identify points on the customer journey that lead to a sale being lost. During the research phase of the project, CTS provided technical support to enable the team to document their research, filming live customer interactions between customers and sales staff.
Now that the project has entered the delivery phase, CTS are producing a series of staff training films reflecting best practice as evidenced by research. We also work with Experience Insight to design and deliver general information customer films designed for users of the dealership waiting areas.
