ScreenSkills is hosting a free recruitment and management training session for productions and companies looking to employ career changers into the production office, locations and electrical department.
This bite-sized workshop, delivered by Addie Orfila Training, will cover a range of leadership essentials including managing teams and performance, identifying different personality styles and dealing with bullying and harassment.
Participants will also be invited to a networking event on Wednesday 8 April to meet career changers looking to work in film and television.
